Setups
Setups are one of our most requested services. Our customers are often amazed at the difference a proper setup can make to the playability and tone of their instrument. We adjust your instrument to your playing style and include truss rod adjustment, adjust the action at the bridge and the nut, set the intonation, clean and oil the fingerboard, restring and tune.

Restringing Guitars and Basses
As a guitarist or bassist, getting a fresh set of strings is an essential part of maintenance. Restringing your guitar is a necessity. As strings age, they naturally oxidize and tarnish. Over time, the tone and intonation of your instrument will dull by the build-up of dirt, sweat, and dead skin. The guitar techs at Ray Mullin Music can replace your old strings so that your instrument will stay in tune better and have a brighter tone that is crisp and will ensure your performances sound at their best.

Guitar Amp Re-Tube and Bias
If you’ve noticed that your amp’s volume, tone, or punch has gotten weaker, you might be in need of one or more new tubes. If you occasionally hear feedback from your amp for no reason, that’s another sign that there may be a problem with one of your tubes.
